Winding single track thru forest with lots of small hills. Many smaller loops off the main trail, you may miss the best riding, so explore them - you can't get lost.
Moss Bluff is just North of Lake Charles in SW LA. Follow the signs to Sam Houston Jones State Park. There are many trailheads. Most access the trail at the deer pen or boat launch.
